With her 15 years of experience, Ms. Enji Khaled perfectly demonstrates professionalism in directing and coordinating all internal structure of an institution. As ESEH operational director, she ensures that there is a strong, and continuous alignment between policies, procedures, and targeted objectives. This alignment aims at creating an effective working environment that guarantees continuous growth for all stakeholders, which relatively results in meeting desired goals and targets. Her responsibilities comprise, but are not limited to; Human resources management, and designing, monitoring and evaluating the processes by which quality services are provided.

Dr. Hanaa is a medical doctor with thirty-five solid years of practice experience. Specialized as pediatrics and special needs consultant .She demonstrates professional leadership that facilitates providing valuable and quality support to staff, patients, and care takers.

Ms. Nagla Lotfy, comes with 35 years of experience, at the most reputable educational institutions in Egypt, she demonstrates exceptional abilities in, selecting research- based programs to meet curriculum goals, providing guidance and support to junior academic advisors and supervisors, discussing students’ progress with designated instructors, parents and guardians. Her responsibilities also expand to include managing, monitoring and providing support during the day-to-day teaching practices to staff and students.

Ms. Walaa Marouf with her 14 years of exceptional and highly effective contributions in serving students, parents, guardians, and caretakers in the Special education field, is unquestionably a value added to the ESEH family. She has always had a tremendous impact in multiple areas of teaching and learning. These areas include, but are not limited to training, and building cadre in special education field, where she provides guidance and support to the academic program, staff, and families.

Ms. Noha is definitely a value added to the ESEH family with an experience of 13 years in the operational field. Her expertise includes multiple areas where she certainly excels. For many years she has demonstrated the ability to Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including IT, administration and customer support , her ability to provide excellent administrative support in managing the day-to-day operations, and training operational staff ensures compliance with institution policies and regulations that results in quality service offered to stakeholders.

Ms. Marwa Gabr comes with 25 years of experience, and holds honorary doctorate in the education field. Her expertise and valuable contributions, are evident in multiple areas that include, main stream education, and special education as academic consultant, and program designer, where she provides leadership and support to the academic program and staff. The exceptional knowledge she demonstrates of all applicable education guidelines, related to the educational adopted programs, has had a magnificent impact on teaching practices, and relatively on program delivery. Ms. Marwa adheres to ethical standards, and standards of practice, where care, respect, dedication, ownership and commitment to students’ learning are highly valued.
